Mumma Rocks provides a wonderful warranty on our items.

All items carry a 6 month warranty.  Please find below details on each item group and conditions of warranty:

Please note we do not cover cord stretching. Nor do we cover wire breaking due to water damage on any of our items.

Gemstone Nursing Necklaces:

Full 6 month warranty on cord and clasp.

Warranty is not included on beads.

Amber Jewellery:

Full 6 month Warranty on cord or clasp

Warranty is not included on beads.

Gemstone Jewellery:

Full 6 month warranty on Manufacturing.  Cords (if used) and clasp.

Beads are not covered.

Our warranty excludes the following:

Incorrect use.  For example - child wearing a Gemstone Nursing necklace and breaks the clasp.

Return Postage.  Buyer is liable for return postage at a rate of 5.50

Mumma Rocks does not advise any item to be worn in water.  Warranty is voided if this occurs.

To return an item for a warranty repair or replacement please return via either registered or express post.  We are not liable for any lost mail.

A padded bag is required when posting.  Please ensure to post with this as failure to do so will void your 6 month warranty.  Gemstones are precious and can be delicate through mail sorting machines.

We cannot repair items if they are sent in this manner.

Ensure to leave a note stating your name, order number and return address.

To obtain warranty, please return the Mumma Rocks packaging card within your original parcel.
