Please read through this section carefully prior to placing your order.
How long will my order take?
Mumma Rocks hand crafts majority of items to order. This is for a few reasons:
So we can customise length, style and stones.
We are always happy to alter any design shown to your liking, but this takes time.
We work on "first in first out" delivery system. Your order is prepared for making when payment has cleared.
Our usual turn around is no more than 14 days, usually within 8-10 max.
All of our Baltic Amber items are made ready to ship when our orders come through.
These ship within 48 - 72 hours hours of payment clearing.
Please remember, we are a work at home parent business which includes kindy runs, school runs and all the fun stuff that this busy life brings. We aim to ship quickly and effieciently.
What days do you post?
We post regular registered twice per week. This is due to volume of orders.
Our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday. However, we do try to ship more frequently when possible.
We post our express and platinum express 2 days per week. Tuesday & Thursday.
What state is my item coming from and how long will it take to arrive?
All orders are coming from QLD with postcode 4209 or 4212.
As standard we use fastway Couriers for most metro areas or Australia Post via Click and send for rural or out of service areas.
Please note, fastway is NOT an express service, while still a little quicker than Australia Post, they are generally a few days quicker.
Delivery length depends on YOUR postcode. This is something we have no control over. But usually
QLD is 2 days,
NSW 3 - 4 days,
VIC 3 - 7 days,
WA 2 - 7 days,
SA 3 - 7 days,
NT - 5 - 10 days,
TAS 3 - 7 days,
ACT - 5 - 7 Days.
Please note the above are estimates only.
We have 2 options for international shipping:
Uninsured $10.00 - by selecting this cost effective method we are unable to provide any tracking numbers nor do we offer any insurance.
Insured $19.00 - With this method you are provided with tracking and up to 100.00 of insurance on your parcel.
Always select your shipping method carefully as we do not replace or refund on any lost mail.
Prior to emailing us for order status update, please utilise our "Online Order Tracking" service.
While we aim to update every order with the tracking numbers - if we have a large volume of orders input of tracking numbers is not completed daily. But you will see via this service if your order has been changed from "on order" to "shipped" . While post generally takes up to 7 days. Please allow up to 14 days for your item to arrive.
