This is an easy self service order tracking system
Please enter your order/ticket number below once you enter your number in you will be able to see the following:
Order status (shipped/unshipped)
Any notes I have attached to your order.
If you see that your item has already been allocated a tracking number but the date is in the future this is because Mumma Rocks carries pre paid registered post stickers to make the postage a quicker and smoother process. The reason your postage date is in the future is that your item has been allocated for the next postal run.
Postage days are currently set to Tuesday and Thursday. This is because my 2 yound children attend kindy on these days. So scanning in your items at the Post Office is alot easier on these days.
"IF" I happen to be at the post office for any pesonal reason I happily take a shipment with me but in general circustances the above shipping days are standard.
If you see that your item is not shipped when it should have been. Please pop me through an email: firstname.lastname@example.org sometimes I update the shipping status the next day etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Most items are strung to order at this stage. please allow 5 - 7 days from order date to shipping date prior to contacting Mumma Rocks about the status of your order. We aim to string and ship ASAP but we are a personalised service and the M.R team are WAHM's.
